Our heavy duty 100% TightKnit polyester, 200-denier nylon and Poly-Dacron materials are ideal for outdoor applications. Our Poly-Satin material is ideal for indoor applications such as wall and podium banners. No limits on colors or type of image. We can even print on 72″ wide material. Single Reverse With Canvas Header & Brass Grommets
We can reproduce any simple or intricate design using our exclusive Aniline Dye process. Complete penetration of the dye to the fabric’s core produces a luxurious, brilliant appearance that is soft and supple; never stiff or board-like. Our authentic screen-dyeing techniques on 100% Invista SolarMax™ nylon ensures your flag or banner to be the best in quality and appearance. The pricing on this page is for Aniline Dyed outdoor flags. Add 20% for pennants, horizontal burgees or angle burgees. CUSTOM NYLON OUTDOOR FLAGS – APPLIQUED
Custom appliqued flags are individually hand-sewn using 100% Invista Solar-Max™ nylon, the most long-lasting, weather resistant material in its price range. The result is a luxurious dimensional look at a fraction of the cost of embroidered flags. Please submit artwork for an exact quotation. All that is needed is camera ready artwork of the design that you require. We can also create your design with an additional modest art charge from a rough sketch or just by talking with our artist. We can also custom design and make indoor flags, table banners, lead parade banners or any other flag or banner.
CUSTOM NYLON FEATHER FLAGS – FULLY SEWN
The 12′ x 26″ is designed with a pole sleeve to accept up to a 1-1/4″ outside diameter pole. A leather tab is sewn into the inside bottom portion of the header allowing a nylon flag tie (included) to secure the flag on to the pole. The 7′ x 17″ is designed with a pole sleeve to accept up to a 1″ outside diameter pole. A grommet is installed at the bottom of the flag allowing a flag tie (included) to secure the flag to the pole. Pricing is for block or Dom Casual font letters as shown. Other fonts may be additional.
CUSTOM NYLON TEAR DROP FLAGS – FULLY SEWN
Fully sewn with the exception of the Black & White Checkered design which is aniline dyed. When installed on our flexible Tear Drop Flagpoles on page 103, these flags measure 10′ x 30″ and are designed with a pole sleeve to accept up to a 1″ outside diameter pole. A grommet is installed at the bottom of the flag allowing a stretchy flag tether (included) to secure the flag to the pole. Pricing is for the flag only and does not include any mounting hardware.

Our embroidered flags are unsurpassed in quality and workmanship. We are able to reproduce any design you require into a luxuriously embroidered tapestry that will proudly be displayed for years to come. We use 100% Bengaline for our pricing below but are also able to embroider your design on a full range of other materials; please contact us for pricing. CUSTOM SMALL EMBROIDERED FLAGS
Ideal for Low, Medium or High Production – With our 6 head, 12 needle embroidery machine we can create up to a 17″ x 17″ design directly on to a flag or banner. Perfect for Golf Flags, Yacht Club Flags, Pennants or Burgees, Wall or Podium Banners. Our embroidered flags and banners are ideal for when “only the best will do.” Since pricing is determined on the quantity you desire and the number of stitches per square inch that your design will require.
