HEADERS: All headers are made with a heavy-duty, bright white cotton polyester blend army duck cloth.

GROMMETS: All grommets are solid brass. Grommets are spaced evenly throughout the length of the header. #1 flat rimmed grommets are used for 12″ x 18″ flags. #2 rolled rimmed grommets with a tooth washer are used for all 16″ x 24″ and larger flags. 8′ x 12′ and larger include a heavy-duty plastic reinforcement sleeve at each grommet location.

ROPE THIMBLE: #10 white nylon rope is sewn into the header. Galvanized thimbles are attached using a triple crimped rope sleeve. The entire length of the rope is sewn into the header to stabilize its position preventing “bunching” of the header.

CORNER PATCHES: 2-ply corner patches are sewn into each header corner.

ENDURA-POLY™ U.S. OUTDOOR FLAGS These fully printed lightweight polyester flags are the most popular choice for home sets and promotional use. They fly in the slightest breeze and offer superb color retention. Finished with white header and brass grommets.

ENDURA-POLY™ U.S. OUTDOOR BANNER FLAG Same material description as our Endura-Poly™ Flags but with a simple pole sleeve and leather tabs to replace any decorative flag or banner.

ENDURA-PC™ U.S. OUTDOOR FLAG This fully printed poly-cotton flag has the look and feel of a cotton flag with the advantages of a polyester flag. Double-stitched fly ends and strong canvas header with brass grommets.

ENDURA-PC™ U.S. OUTDOOR BANNER FLAG Same material description as our Endura-PC™ Flags but with a simple pole sleeve and leather tabs to replace any decorative flag or banner.
